We aim to provide transparent information about packaging and associated costs to build trust, confidence, and loyalty with our customers.​ We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

 

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Depending on where you live in Canada, orders may arrive anywhere between 3-10 business days after they are placed. We are unable to provide shipping estimates for orders outside of Canada. ​

CANADA: C$10.00 (Free shipping on orders over C$45.00)

**Note that for orders of single eyeshadow refill only, delivery will be via standard mail with no tracking for C$2.50)

U.S.A.: C$15.00

INTERNATIONAL: C$20.00

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or with a notable defect, we will gladly replace the item (via regular mail). Returns of the damaged items are not required. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery at wild@intrinsicbeauty.ca. Ensure to include:

• Your order number

• A description of the damage or defect

• Clear photos of the damaged product
